Discounted rates apply to additional postpartum hours in 40-hour increments.
+40 hours - $1 hourly discount
+80 hours - $1.50 hourly discount

✨️ GENTLE JOURNEY ✨️

Includes:
Two prenatal sessions (2-3 hours each)
To discuss your preferences and learn about a variety of birth related topics (including common interventions, comfort measures, creating a birth plan, advocacy, etc)
Ongoing labor and birth support
Emotional, physical and informational support throughout your labor and birth
Doula tools
Access to items in my doula bag (heat pack, massage balls, birth ball, etc)
On-call support
24/7 from 38 weeks to birth
1 Follow-up postpartum visit
For recovery support, birth debrief, newborn care, emotional support and any needed recommendations.
Communication
Ongoing text/phone/email communications (within reasonable hours)

$30/Hour
Minimum 4-hour day shifts. Please reach out so we can discuss possible options.

$250
Includes:
Pre-abortion consult
Up to 1 hour to discuss options and resources (virtual or phone)
Companionship
Presence during the procedure, if possible (does not include transport)
Email/text/phone support
For 3 days post-procedure (within reasonable hours).
Day 3 postpartum check in
1 hour follow up to provide emotional support and any needed recommendations (virtual, phone or in person)
