BIRTH

- Two prenatal sessions (2-3 hours each) covering birth preferences, comfort measures, advocacy, common interventions, and more
- Continuous emotional, physical, and informational labor and birth support
- Access to doula tools and comfort items (birth ball, heat pack, massage tools, etc.)
- 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks until birth
- Two postpartum follow-up visits for recovery support, birth debrief, newborn care, and resources
- Ongoing text, phone, and email support (within reasonable hours)
✨️ Virtual Journey ✨️
- 1-2 virtual prenatal sessions (60-90 mins each) for birth prep, education, and planning
- 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks until birth
- Virtual labor support by text/phone/video during labor and birth
- Two virtual postpartum follow-up (60-90 mins) for recovery, feeding support, newborn care, and birth debriefing
- Ongoing text, phone, and email support (within reasonable hours)
- Flexible, accessible support from the comfort of your own space

- One 3 hour session (virtual or in person)
- An opportunity to explore birth preferences, values, and priorities
- Education on common interventions, options, and comfort measures
- Creating a flexible, personalized birth plan
- Discussing advocacy, communication, and decision-making in labor
- Space to ask questions, process concerns, and build confidence
POSTPARTUM
✨️ Brighter Days - Daytime Support ✨️
- 4-8 hour shifts (dependent on availability)
- Ongoing text/phone/email support (within reasonable hours)
- Infant care support (feeding, changing, soothing, sleep)
- Emotional, physical, and informational postpartum support
- Light household tasks (laundry, bottles/pump parts, nursery tidying)
- Simple meal prep and nourishment support
- Resources, referrals, and guidance when needed
✨️ Night Nest - Overnight Support ✨️
- 8-10 hour shifts (dependent on availability)
- Ongoing text, phone, and email support (within reasonable hours)
- Infant care support (feeding, changing, soothing, sleep)
- Emotional, physical, and informational support to help ease your mind and body
- Light household support (laundry, nursery tidying, bottle/pump cleaning)
- Resources, referrals, and guidance as needed
✨️ Private Postpartum Planning Session ✨️
- One 3 hour session (virtual or in person)
- Preparation for postpartum recovery and healing
- Newborn basics
- Infant feeding preparation
- Brainstorming realistic routines and rest plans
- Discussing mental health, emotional wellbeing and support needs
- Identifying community resources and referrals
- Planning partner/family support roles and communication
- Space to ask questions, process fears, and build confidence
ABORTION
✨️ Compassionate Care ✨️
- Pre-abortion planning (up to 60 mins: virtual or phone) to discuss options, resources, and emotional support
- Ongoing text/email/phone support before the procedure and up to 3 days following (within reasonable hours)
- Postpartum check-in (60-90 mins: virtual, phone or in person) to provide emotional support, recovery support, and referrals as needed
Optional add-on (free)
- Presence during the procedure (when possible, does not include transportation)
Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to officialize any sort of service (even if tentative on exact dates). Refund and cancellation terms apply. Please reach out for more information about fees.
I recognize that cost can sometimes be a barrier to receiving support. Flexible payment plans are available to help make services more manageable and accessible.
If the listed fees are not accessible to you, please reach out about sliding scale or low-cost options. Sliding scale spaces are offered on an honor system. Those who are able to pay the full fee help keep my work sustainable and allow me to offer reduced-cost support to families who need it most.
Some insurance/extended health benefits may cover doula services through a health spending account (HSA) or personal spending account (PSA), depending on your plan and provider.
