$35/Hour

Two prenatal sessions (2-3 hours each)
To discuss your preferences and learn about a variety of birth related topics (including common interventions, comfort measures, creating a birth plan, advocacy, etc)

Ongoing labor and birth support
Emotional, physical and informational support throughout your labor and birth

Doula tools
Access to items in my doula bag (heat pack, massage balls, birth ball, etc)

On-call support
24/7 from 38 weeks to birth

1 Follow-up postpartum visit
For recovery support, birth debrief, newborn care, emotional support and any needed recommendations.

Communication
Ongoing text/phone/email communications (within reasonable hours)

24/7 from 38 weeks to birth

1 Postpartum follow-up (phone or video chat)
For recovery advice, infant care advice, birth debrief, emotional support and any needed recommendations.

Deposits and Refunds

A non-refundable 50% deposit for birth service is due at contract signing (applied to your total fee), with the remaining amount due by 37 weeks gestation. This deposit secures on-call availability and prenatal preparation. You may pay in full or payment plans are available.

A non-refundable $250 deposit is due for postpartum service at contract signing (applied to the last week of service). Hours are scheduled and invoiced weekly (unless arranged otherwise) in advance of upcoming shifts, and must be paid in full in order to secure scheduled dates and availability.

Refunds are situationally dependent and will be thoroughly detailed in your contract. Please reach out for more information.

If my services or pricing are not accessible to you, I encourage you to reach out for sliding scale or low-cost options. I welcome ongoing communication and feedback on how I can make my work more accessible and inclusive to those who need it most.
