Hey! My name is Bec (they/them) and I'm so glad we've crossed paths. I’m a BADT certified full-spectrum doula/childbirth educator, lactation educator in-training and firm believer that everyone deserves compassionate support. As a disabled and queer doula, I'm committed to offering inclusive, trauma-informed care that empowers families through all reproductive experiences.
My path to birthwork began with my own birth experience, which opened my eyes to the gaps in knowledge and support that many people face. After immersing myself in birth literature, community and education, I quickly realized that birthwork was a passion I had to follow. Grounded in the belief that real change begins when people feel seen and heard, I bring that care and intention into how I support families. Wherever you are in your journey, I would love to connect!
