Welcome! My name is Bec (they/them) and I'm so glad we've crossed paths! I’m a BADT certified full-spectrum doula/childbirth educator, lactation educator in-training and firm believer that everyone deserves compassionate support. As a disabled and queer doula, I'm committed to offering inclusive, trauma-informed care that helps families feel empowered through all reproductive experiences.
My path to birthwork began with my own birth experience, which opened my eyes to the gaps in knowledge and support that many people face. After immersing myself in birth literature, community and education, I quickly realized that supporting families through birth and postpartum was exactly where I was meant to be. Driven by the belief that true change comes from helping others feel heard and challenging old patterns, I carry these values in my practice, providing families with the compassionate care they deserve.
Wherever you are in your journey, I would love to connect!
